EASY RETURNS

We hope you’re happy with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 14 days. Please note that certain items of cannot be returned (for example, precious jewellery and sunglasses).

To return the order:

1. Please fill in the form that came with your order. You need to add your personal and contact details, list the articles you want to return and the reasons for return.
2. Go to your 7-RAVENS account and choose the option RETURN under your active order.
3. Pack the items. The items should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
4. Courier company will call you to arrange a convenient time to collect the parcel.
5. Wait to receive notification that you return is received and the refund is issued.
